JLM Management & Consultancy Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Omega Prompt Services) was incorporated in 12th August 2009. Initially Omega Prompt Services (incorporated in October 2002) was an Enterprise Company dealing with cleaning and maintenance services and due to rapid growth and expansion, the Company was transformed to a Limited Company.

The Company Undertakes to carry on the business and activities for consulting and contract manufacturing including packing, binding, providing human resource solutions, supplying manpower, and acting as recruitment agent and consultants, human resource consultants and advisers to individuals, firms and corporations for professional and clerical staff and manual workers, helpers, be it permanent or temporary. JLM aims to stay in line with ISO certification & ITIL best practices for all customer related collaboration.
