DATUK MUSA BIN HJ. MOHD SAFRI
Datuk Musa, was a Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police (SAC). He was born in Johor on 10^th June 1957. He joined the Royal Malaysian Police on 11^th May 1980 as a Probationary Inspector and upon confirmation was absorbed into the Special Branch. Datuk Musa has, since then, served in the various divisions in the Special Branch at District, Contingent and Federal Headquarters level. Throughout his tour of duty, he had also successfully attended various intelligence-related and weapon handling courses as well as the high profile Parachuting (Instructor Assistance Deployment) Course conducted by the 69 Commando Training Branch in 2006.

The peak of his 35 years of service commenced 14^th Feb 2004 when Datuk Musa bin Hj Mohd. Safri, then an Assistant Superintent of police (ASP), was specially appointed to serve as ADC to the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, and subsequently in 2009, carried on to perform as ADC to the Prime Minister. On 21^st Feb 2014 Datuk Musa was posted back to Special Branch Federal Headquarters in Bukit Aman with the rank of Senior Assistant Commissioner (SAC) where he had the post of Assistant Director of the Special Branch Research and Secretariat Section until his retirement in 2^nd July 2016.

Armed with exemplary diligence and dedicated commitments throughout his services, coupled with his unquestionable loyalty to the Royal Malaysian Police Force as well as to the KING and Country, Datuk Musa bin Hj Mohd. Safri, has till to date, received not less than 15 meritorious medals awarded by the respective Rulers of the many states in Malaysia. On 2^nd June 2012, Datuk Musa was awarded the Panglima Setia DiRaja (PSD) which carries the title “Datuk” by His Royal Highness the KING of Malaysia

ANANDAN LINGAM NAIDU

Mr. Anandan graduated from University Malaya and pursued his higher education in Australia and holds a Master Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.

Mr. Anandan has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in Human Resource fields, in most of which have been spent in the field of “PEOPLE MANAGEMENT”. He has served as the Group General Manager for several well – diversified public listed manufacturing and service sector companies in Malaysia, where his focus was on personal, professional and organization development of the company.

He is a motivated, personable business professional with a degree and a successful track record of profitable business ownership. Talent for quickly mastering technologies, diplomatic and tactful with professionals and non-professionals at all levels. He is flexible and versatile – able to maintain a sense of humor under pressure, poised and competent with demonstrated ability to easily transcend cultural differences. Thrive in deadline-driven environments with excellent team-building and people management skills.

His breath of exposure coupled with his ability to interact with all levels and functions makes Mr. Anandan an extremely valuable resource for his talented and vast practical knowledge in the various HRD disciplines. JAYA LAKSHMI

Ms. Jaya Lakshmi has more than 20 years’ experience in the banking field, RHB Bank Berhad.   

Ms. Jaya Lakshmi has human resources experience including staff recruitment and placement, training & skills together with the ability to discharge multiple development and policy and procedure implementation. She has strong interpersonal and communication responsibilities. 

An independent, self-motivated individual who has the necessary personal attributes and managerial experience in the human resource field:       

• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions;
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs;
• Experience of recruiting and training new staff;
• Able to develop, coordinate, delegate and plan issues;
• Dealing calmly, professionally with challenging situations and proactively managing all areas of Human Resource;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results work activities;
• Ability to identify, understand and give priority to urgent as needed.
